The Alignment Program's approach is body first, posture second. Students of this method learn what healthy body alignment looks like from a simple standing position, investigate the ways in which bodies tend to become misaligned through misuse and asymmetry, and gain powerful tools for restoring a more natural, empowered posture through the practice of 26 & 2. Together, we will focus on a specific set of principles that can be easily understood and applied by students and teachers of all levels.
